The Contributions of the Native American Indians

Here are excerpts from interviews of Joe Littlefeather, Denville NJ resident, (November 11, 2015) and Dr. Sam Beeler, Chief of the Sand Hill Cherokee Lenapee Tribe of New Jersey as well as a very shortened version of the presentation of Tony and Marcy Langhorn (November 14, 2015).

first Thanksgiving Feast, before and after.
And let us not forget the service men and women that serve our nation, overseas. May they have a beautiful Thanksgiving (permitted) and may they be safe.

Native American Indian Heritage Celebration Great Falls National Park

The day long celebration, at Paterson Great Falls, this past Saturday, November 21, 2015, hosted by the Sandhill Lenape  and Cherokee Tribe of New Jersey, commemorating Native American Indian Heritage Month, was an incredibly memorable and exhilarating day. The event was supported and assisted by Park Rangers of Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park.

Gratitude was also given, by the Sand Hill Native American Indian Tribe, to the city of Paterson, for it’s support of this Commemorative Event of Native American Indian Heritage Month.
